Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will be happy to provide a refund or exchange within the following terms.
Eligibility for Refunds:
- Full cash refund for items returned within 3 business days.
- Store credit given for items returned after 3 days but within 30 business days.
- The item must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging.
- Custom ordered items are not eligible for refunds.
- All clearance items are sold "as is" and are non-returnable.

Shipping Policy
At this time, we do not offer shipping. We do offer in-store pick up or in-town delivery.
In-Store Pickup
When you place an order on our website, you will have the option to select in-store pickup as your shipping method. Once your order is ready, we will send you an email to let you know that it is available for pickup.
Please note that you must present a valid ID and the order confirmation at the time of pickup.

Our pickup location is at: 8907 S 83rd Street, Lincoln NE 68516.
We are one block south of 84th & Yankee Hill Road, just off of Yankee Woods Drive.
Pickup Hours
Our pickup hours are: Monday - Friday, 8:00 to 4:30.
If you are unable to pick up your order during these hours, please contact us to make arrangements.
Order Processing Time
Orders typically take 1-2 business days to be processed and made ready for pickup. If there is a delay in processing your order, we will notify you by email.
